Mr. Torben Lundsgaard is a broad-based development advisor in managing and guidance of rural development programmes.

He has 30 years of experience in project cycle management and he has worked extensively with community organizations, ministries and governmental agencies giving a thorough experience in institutional strengthening and solid experience in training needs assessment, human resources development and facilitating participatory planning.

Recent assignments have with special attention to human rights, food security, and creating employment to youth and vulnerable groups in Uganda.
